Rocky Balboa is the ultimate underdog hero, created by and portrayed by Sylvester Stallone. A small-time boxer from the streets of Philadelphia, Rocky gets a once-in-a-lifetime shot at the world heavyweight championship. Before Fame
Rocky grew up in a tough Philadelphia neighborhood and turned to boxing as a way out of poverty. Before his big break, he worked as a debt collector for a loan shark while fighting in small local bouts.
