Wonder Woman is the Amazonian warrior princess and one of DC Comics’ most iconic superheroes. Born Diana, Princess of Themyscira, she left her hidden island paradise to fight for peace and justice in the world of man. With her Lasso of Truth, indestructible bracelets, and warrior training, Wonder Woman has been a symbol of female empowerment and heroism since her creation in 1941.

Diana was raised on the hidden island of Themyscira among the Amazons. She trained as a warrior from childhood, becoming the greatest fighter among her people before she ever encountered the outside world.
